The JTA is a volunteer-led member-focused organization guided by annually-elected officers and committee chairs who form the Executive Committee. Three sub-committees support key service and program areas:
Advocacy – charged with articulating and executing the JTA’s strategy on securing reliable and consistent funding for workforce development
Data/Research – charged with researching and documenting the impact of programs offered by the JTA’s member agencies
Special Programs – charged with developing and executing programs and events that benefit our member agencies
A part-time, compensated resource – the JTA Project Coordinator – provides administrative support and assists in communications.
